Who is responsible

The controller is the owner named in the Impressum: Name of the business owner or company, address. Contact: hello@andreimedia.co.

Visiting the website

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To show you the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to run the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and contains no tracking or advertising code.

When you unlock a vault, your browser remembers it for the current tab only (session storage). This information never leaves your device and disappears when you close the tab.

Getting a vault by email

When you enter your email address to receive a vault, it is sent to Kit (Kit.com, ConvertKit LLC, USA), the email service Andrei Media uses. Kit stores your address, sends you a confirmation email and, after you confirm, the vault and occasional emails about vault updates and new books. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by confirming your address.

Kit processes data in the United States. The transfer is protected by the safeguards Kit provides, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@andreimedia.co. Your address is then removed from the list.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at).
